James Raven understood our frustration in regards to having to wait longer that we were originally advised however kept us up to date every step of the way. He answered all our questions and was very patient with my delayed responses when he was trying to collate all the forms and documents required for the hand over. I have been to see James since collecting my car and had further questions, he was on his break at the time but made a point of coming straight out to help so again Thank you. I know if I have any further questions I will call or pop In and ask, very approachable, professional and friendly. Kelly and Danny Ps. Love the car! - Hybrid all the way!

I acquired the vehicle on behalf of my daughter through the Mobility Scheme. James Raven was extremely helpful, friendly and treated my daughter who has Down Syndrome as an individual. Katie is enjoying her blue car. Thank you
