He took time to understand our requirements, researched available cars, and without pressure allowed us to inspect and drive the vehicle by ourselves. From the moment we walked into the showroom we were greeted by a salesman who was polite, we then sat with Ben Hastings who greeted us like his family, we had a choice of two cars, one in Colchester and the other in Chelmsford, Ben was obviously the better salesman, and the car is lovely Thankyou.
