Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish, extremely happy with my purchase!

Generally my experience was very good but there was one bitter pill. I spent £25,000 on a car and £20 was added to my bill for fuel. Surely there is enough margin to put at least a quarter of a tank full in a new car. The last time I bought a new car, which was not that many years ago, it came with a FULL tank. On the way home I filled the tank and it cost £60, because the indicator was almost on empty. £50 is only 0.2% of £25,000. Worth thinking about for good customer relations.
