I’d like to give a special mention to my salesman Jordan Eleodore. Before visiting the garage, I done a 160 mile round trip to a small dealership located in Gatwick who I thought had the perfect car for me. It was only when I got there and their attitude and customer service was disappointing, I knew I didn’t want to part any money with such a company especially when they wouldn’t allow me to take a test drive in the car which screamed alarm bells. When I arrived later at Colchester I found Jordan. Jordan was everything you’d normally find at a car dealership. Friendliness, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. It was clear the car I had came to see was the one I wanted and his approach to the whole process made myself feel relaxed and in safe hands. Unlike the other garage I was allowed to test drive this one and it was perfect. So after the test drive we began to negotiate and from the previous experience in the morning it was fair to say I had little interest in buying a car and I was only looking at some figures and options etc. But thanks to Jordan I ended up buying the car. He showed me the current/past database of how often this exact model comes on the market which gave me something to consider whilst he valued my current pride and joy. Once he come back and discussed with his manager on what a fair price would be for my car. They made the absolute best offer they could and backed up evidence what the price is on auto trader and if I was to consider buying the car today. Due to the day I had they were willing to pay a few more pennies over the trade price so everyone is happy and getting a great deal. Because of this approach I signed the papers there and then. From start to finish Jordan has been there on the end of the phone with any issues or concerns I had that needed addressing and if it wasn’t for Jordan’s actions and great service then I wouldn’t of brought that car.

This is the first time I’ve spoken to a dealership who have listed to me and haven’t been pushy. They were helpful and understood I was only asking colouring my options and at no point pushing me into something I didn’t want. Great service and when the time is right I’ll be back
