The additional support to collect and return the car made an emense different as a motability customer as those who use wheelchairs can't use any other replacement vehicle.

The salesman was very approachable and down to earth which made the whole process enjoyable.

Ease of checking in online and link to progress when car was in being repaired. Very helpful team. Called in on the Tuesday with enquiry and repair was carried out under warranty of the Friday. Kept up-to-date.

Tried to check in but after several attempts to place a signature that resembled a spider crawling over page gave up Service is rather expensive for what is actually done but at least now you also get a courtesy car wash, marked lower as it took all day for a basic service and also dashboard settings changed and yet to manage to get back to preferred settings mainly down to no manual only electronic which is useless. I know I am of an older generation but do prefer a manual service record book as not techie to access online
