Excellent service lovely staff all very helpful

Communication was good but unfortunately despite arranging a date and time to come and view a particular vehicle it had been sold by another salesman who had not made our salesman aware of this. Bit of a wasted journey

Helpful staff and easy to book quick service

It was easy to understand and use. I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Lookers. I was greeted by Peter who was very efficient and extremely friendly. He looked after me the whole time. Nothing was too much trouble. When I returned to pick up my car I could not get it to move. ( it seemed as though the handbrake was stuck). Anyhow. Peter got me going and my drive home was problem free. And the following morning I got a call from Peter to check that all was OK. 5 star service indeed.

as expected the fitting of mud flaps was done within the time frame quoted, am very pleased with the outcome.
