It was easy to use and convenient. No hanging around making phone calls Used Ford and it's former agents for over 40 years. Ford Lookers at Teams Gateshead are excellent. Staff, especially Louise, are always helpful and friendly.

Great experience this was my third new car from ford sad to see my fiesta go but the puma is fabulous Steph from Ford Gateshead was professional and courteous and it was lovely to meet her at handover a great service
