The staff member Syed Ali was extremely helpful, he clearly explained the process of purchasing the car and gave me the confidence to ask questions . I didn’t feel pressurised in any way and felt Syed genuinely cared that I left the garage a satisfied customer. Syed was professional and competent.

I found that the system didn't really cover my circumstances fully which in truth were slightly unusual. The staff were very helpful and polite, the work was carried out in the time scale I was advised.
