Not got 4 for lack of communication as the first 2 guys I felt with didn’t really communicate with me, I know you had troubles with parts etc with the Ukraine war. On my final weeks of waiting I was dealing with Andrew McCurr and he was very friendly and helpful

I have waited 10 long months for my car and the guys at the dealership …Dean and David, have kept me informed over the time albeit with frustration as Ford have been so inaccurate with ETA’ s and the whereabouts of my vehicle. I’ve been quite disgusted with the way Ford have handled things but thank god the dealership guys were there to keep me focused. I escalated a complaint to Ford customer relations , who, to be honest, were no help whatsoever. I was categorically told that I would not be compensated for the stress I have been thru ( very sad personal matters) and felt that a huge Company like Ford should have made this a much better experience.Ford management ought to be ashamed of the way these delays have been handled but thank god you’ve got some great , and very patient staff in the Dealership.Thank you Dean Koslowski and David Dawson!
