I cannot praise Lookers Gateshead and Paul Pellegrino highly enough. I get my car through Motability and have some disability issues to cope with which can make things like this difficult. I used to get my vehicle from the Ford dealership in Sunderland but when that closed down I was told I needed to go to Gateshead or South Shields. I was concerned about the change but Paul Pellegrino made the whole process such a lovely experience. What a kind, helpful man he is. I hope he gets credit from Lookers for the way he treats his customers. I can say that he is the reason we decided to transfer to the Gateshead Lookers rather than finding somewhere in Sunderland, even though that would be more convenient for us for travelling. Just to point out I said 'yes' for 'were you offered a service plan' as 'no' made it sound as if someone just forgot but as it's a Motability car that is all included. Same as the finance/insurance question. Once again I would like to praise Paul and also mention the other lovely people there. They made us feel welcome and that nothing was a bother. Thank you Lookers and Paul.

Jorge and Cameron were incredibly helpful and made the process stress free despite some hiccups on the finance companies end, even offering to drop the car off at my home free of charge! Incredibly happy with the purchase can't recommend enough!

The procedure of informing all finance issues is laid down by the authorities and nothing to do with Looker I suppose but it’s still very tedious.
