I felt instantly at ease with Andrew McCue, who explained all details about the car and its benefits, as well as my finance options and all optional extras, allowing me to make an informed decision before purchasing the car. Andrew kept me informed on a regular basis on the progress of vehicle delivery. I felt that my expectations as a customer were managed well from start to finish.

Excellent service throughout, Paul Pellegrino who looked after me is really experienced, he has vast knowledge about Motability and of course Ford Vehicles, he communicates very well and I was immediately put at ease when talking about particular Ford cars. he explained things without technical jargon, easy and simple to understand.The aftersales service was very good, Paul kept in regular contact and even if there was no fresh news it was reassuring to know I had not been forgotten about.On collection of the car I was given a full tour and explanation about the controls etc. Thank You

There was one slight disappointment. Being a new car I would have thought the Ford Ecosport came with rear mats. 🙃

Your salesperson Mike Davies was understanding and courteous throughout and was a pleasure to deal with. He was not in any way pushy which allowed us to carefully consider our options before deciding on the car for us.
