Even though we had to wait longer than anticipated for delivery of the new car, this was due to circumstances beyond the dealerships control. We were kept updated on progress & an excellent collection/part ex/ documentation was co ordinated by Shaun Clapperton the sales executive.

While there was a really long delay between the original collection date of February and the actual date of September 30th, I know this wasn't Lookers fault and while there are issues with the CD player I ordered and the wrong wheels being on my car, Lookers have compensated me and I was pleased that offer was made
