While there was a really long delay between the original collection date of February and the actual date of September 30th, I know this wasn't Lookers fault and while there are issues with the CD player I ordered and the wrong wheels being on my car, Lookers have compensated me and I was pleased that offer was made

The sales team we met were very helpful and empathetic. We, however felt that with a little more negotiation on prices we would have eventually found something to our needs. It does not take away from the teams help but it appears to be the company policy which they have to be guided by. Thankyou to George and Cameron

I picked my wife's used car up from Lpokers Gateshead. A ford Puma KV20YOX.Thes sales man was Stephen Little. He was brilliant from the minute we met. No hard sales push just friendly service. The woman on meet and greet was extremely pleasant too.My only complaint would be as follows. I agreed to collect the car at 10am Thursday 29th of September. The car had not been prepared for handover. Stephen informed me the valletors were busy cleaning it and it would be ready soon. After a wait of around 20 minutes the car appeared. Stephen was apologetic that it had not been prepared to be honest these things happen. The car was presented too me. It had been cleaned to a good standard on the outside. The inside looked as though it had not been cleaned at all and Stephen was even disappointed. I just took the car and told him I would clean it myself.I am not for one second blaming Stephen for this, as as I have already stated he was fantastic.I do however feel that after spending £22199 on a car that it should have been cleaned to a high standard.I would appreciate a call from a manager to discuss this matter.
