Our salesman “Bradley Coyne” was excellent and explained everything thoroughly. We were really pleased and confident about the purchase of our new car, also he was training a new salesman ‘Andy McCue’ who immediately made a very good impression on us and we’re pretty sure is going to be an great asset to the company.

The salesman Callum Beattie was very pleasant and helpful, not pushy and seemed a genuine guy. Unfortunately the part exchange deal offered wasn’t manageable and we didn’t buy the car. This was disappointing as we were keen to buy it but the figures weren’t what we were wanting. We did buy another car from Ford dealership.

Communication was slow and I had to do most of the chasing to move my purchase forward. I am also still waiting for service details and MOT status.

Excellent customer service from the minute we met Shaun. He listened to what we were wanting in terms of space etc and showed us what was relevant.
