Stephen Little was helpful. No pressure which probably secured us purchasing the vehicle, he gave us time to think. He went through everything with us.The only issue was when I came to pick up the vehicle, there was an issue with some of the paperwork and had to wait an hour. Other than that !! Great !

Very helpful staff but unfortunately before I got the chance to follow initial inquiry up located a suitable vehicle elsewhere.

Cameron was Excellent! After being previous let down by another company for a new car for myself, which left me in a tricky situation. I got in-touch with lookers after seeing a car online.From the start and throughout Cameron's communication and efficiency in getting the paperwork complete and the deal complete allowed me to pick my new car in less than a week from the day of the test drive. Couldn't rate the whole experience highly enough.

I have had to give a lower rating as slightly disappointed in regards to mishap with the insurance. I was originally told when I went to sign the documents at the dealership that I would be saving £299 and paid what was thought to be the remainder of the deposit. But when I went to collect the car a few days later and left the forecourt, I was called shortly afterwards and asked to return and settle the £299 which was a mistake made by the dealership. I budgeted this originally so had no issue paying this, but as it was a fault of the dealer then I would of expected at least a reduction as oppose to paying the full £299 but it was not offered. I am sure other customers would not of been as forthcoming. Otherwise I was more than happy to have given 5 star for the rest of the service.

I went into the dealership with a car in mind but I had minimal knowledge about cars. Lisa, who sold me the car, took time to go through everything in detail with me and help me understand to make the best decision before buying the car.Lisa kept in touch and answered all questions I had until my car was ready to collect. She went above and beyond to help me get my car perfect to collect. Lisa was very lovely and helpful, I couldn’t thank her enough! X
