Very impressed with the Mach E. Very good handling, braking, acceleration and intuitive driving. Also a very good looking car with good interior and controls/interface. My only concern is range and on-the-road recharging, and future proofing re battery efficiency and longevity. I still love my Jag XKR and think I'll bide my time a but longer before biting the bullet. But Mach E definitely top of the list so far. I'd also hope for a shorter lead time.

I have to say that every member of staff from the lady on reception right through to management have been very welcoming, friendly and helpful.Sales executive Shaun Clapperton was very helpful and secured the delivery of one vehicle and the ordering of another car. He also helped with technical problems ie. the jack and wheel brace.There was a massive issue with delivery of the first vehicle however Dean Kozlowski was exceptionally reassuring, helpful and his knowledge helped to resolve the problem. Dean is prepared to listen to the customer and performs his duties with skill and alacrity. He is a credit to the company.I look forward to collecting my next vehicle in October.

Excellent friendly staff

Water had been observed in the boot of the car, which will need attention at a later date. I had removed the spare wheel and tools in order to dry it out but had difficulty in returning correctly in order to fasten it down. I returned to the Garage to ask for help, which was speedily given. Thank you. Excellent care and service, as usual.

Absolutely fantastic customer service, attention to detail and communication with Cameron Beattie. I’ve already started recommending to family and friends. Will definitely be back when I’m ready for my next car.
