I have dealt with this dealership, as Jennings, and now Lookers, over the past 12 years or more.The staff in all departments, including reception, parts and service have been courteous, friendly and professional in all they do.Personal relationships have been forged with sales staff of all levels and this continues to produce such excellent customer service that I have returned each time I needed to purchase a new vehicle, without considering going anywhere else.

Had to wait a little longer than expected because the valeting had not been done..Bradley Coyne who was dealing with us was very apologetic...The only slight issue I have is that I was told on 2 separate occasions that someone would ring me back but no one did, other than that I was happy with my experience at lookers ford gateshead.
