Had 4 year full service but was not told that i should have the brake fluid changed Have had to rebook the car in to get this done when it all could have been done on the day. That apart excellent service.

From booking my car in to having it serviced and returned was no trouble at all, all staff very helpful.

Just a quick one, who ever washed my car should put glasses on because he totally missed half of my wheels, but thank you anyway. Great job.

Would have liked to have been offered a pick up service for vehicle as dealership awkward to get to.

I already have a Service Plan until July 2022 but was offered a new plan covering this same date. When I booked the MOT I was told again that you do not pick up/ return the vehicle, even though I have an agreement with the service manager Ian that he would pick up/ return the vehicle. When I confirmed this agreement to your staff, I was called back and they agreed. This is the third time this has happened, surely a note on my account/plan setting out this agreement would avoid any future occurrence. I must say Ian the Service Manager at Gateshead is fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Without the above issues, it would be 5 stars all round.

Staff I dealt with were very professional and kept me informed throughout my visit. Dealership looks much smarter with good signage and you are met with a warm welcome

The manager Dean was very helpful and talked through all of the available options and made the process very clear and transparent.
