The MOT certificate I was issued did not relate to my car. I only discovered this when I got home, and the problem was soon rectified by e.mailing me the correct MOT certificate.

We bought this car on line without actually seeing it. When delivered it did not disappoint. Tony Symonds gave first class service and went the extra mile.

The only down side was the ambient level of noise in the waiting area. I had intended to stay throughout the service time but a very loud individual and the level of noise from a radio made that impossible. Fortunately I have a bus and Metro pass so was able to spend the 90 minutes in more pleasant surroundings. When I was working, as a Structural Design Engineer, the idea of having a radio blaring, at work, would not have even been considered. I very much doubt that I will be using the waiting area, at any time in the future.

The video kept buffering which was frustrating

I would like to thank Paul Pellegrino and all the team at lookers the mortality salesman Paul helped me so much this was my first time I have been on this mortality scheme and he made it so simple to understand even explaining how I would have to wait for delivery of the car and keeping me updated on the progress then also showing me and explaining the car before I drove off thanks to all of you.
