They allow services to be booked without having to wait for service staff to answer the phone when they are busy.Excellent customer service and whilst the van had to be kept in ovenight, we were eventually contacted by the service team to explain why there was a delay. In resolving the Synch2.5 configuration, the rear view camera was left such that it did not display when in reverse gear and a new appointment has since been arranged for the resolution of that problem.
