They made everything so easy and explained everything in the car what we needed to know

Handover went very smoothly and nearly everything was explained-I could of done with the FordPass setting up as I found a little difficult to set up myself.When I got home and on closer inspection I found that around the engine area had not been cleaned at all-cobwebs and dirt-I did ask this to be done before buying the car and for some reason they didn't!
