Because Chris the Service manager, in particular, and his staff are welcoming and helpful and responsive and efficient in every way - and the guys in the workshop carrying out the 9000 mile check also do the best they can to complete within the time they say the work will be completed!

Great experience as ever. I’m pleased that Gateshead still offer Ford Assist as that’s why I continue to use them.Couple of points, the cost I was quoted over the phone vs what I was told at drop off was different. Also, I guess the transit centre work on various vans in various conditions. I was pleased to see they used seat covers but nothing was used to protect the floor. There were lots of dirty footprints around the door well and frame. A quick wipe down or some sort of floor protection mat would have helped. A motorhome is our living space when using it and we tend to not use dirty footwear if possible so I was a little bothered when I saw the mess. Not a major issue but maybe something to look at when you have motorhomes in. It cleaned off easy.
