Because being an elder person, and not that good with smart equipment, the online booking system was very easy to use.Mainly because the staff were polite and informative, and having a video of what the technician was doing, was a good idea.

Looker Sheffield couldn’t have done enough for me talked me through all my options let me have a test drive of car didn’t push me into anything and when I said yes to the car is was ready within 3 days and there was a few scratches and they made sure it was all sorted for me and I couldn’t thank Marcus and Charlie enough for everything they have done for me
