I was accompanied by the service engineer, who explained the reason for the fault with the Air Conditioning control and how I could resolve this problem. He offered to re-test the control following my actions to fully charge the battery which had reduced charge.

As always service was exceptional dropped off at 9am phone call at 14.05 saying car is ready for pickup

Normally, I would book in by visiting the garage. The staff are courteous and helpful.I think I prefer this procedure.When I dropped the car off, at 09.00, I planned to return for pick-up at 17.00. The receptionist said it should be ready in a couple of hours. I therefore went for a short walk and returned within two hours. As I approached the garage, I received a text indicating the car was ready. Two hours start to finish - exceptional.
