Our handover was very efficient, and conducted in a friendly manner. Everything was explained in detail and we were given plenty of time to become familiar with our new car before driving away.

I have had about 9 or 10 car’s from this dealership in the past & always had reasonably good service. I had a problem with the car the day I collected it but went back & Mike Davies sorted it immediately for me & it was a cracked spark plug that was the problem & am wondering why this hadn’t been spotted before I collected it as it was allegedly serviced!!!! 🤔

My overall experience was fantastic right from the start to the finish, the customer service goes above and beyond the expected job role and my sales advisor Bradley Coyne was as always exceptional, I rarely had to ask a question because he was 1 step ahead on every aspect of me buying a brand new car. Overall the whole team Matt, Simon and Alex were always on hand to support me and make me feel so happy which is self explanitary because I keep going back to upgrade my vehicles, and I pass on my experiences to my friends and family who also visit Lookers with potential to buy and know thier in safe hands.
