I booked a date which was then put back by 6 weeks as the slot I booked wasn’t really available. This shouldn’t really be allowed to happenService staff were brilliant and very busy. Very professional and great customer service

From the beginning speaking to someone from the call centre to meeting Mike Davies our salesman we couldn’t have asked for better service, we were given all the information but never felt we were being pressured into something we didn’t need, We travelled from Scotland to Gateshead and would gladly do it again. Thank you for your great welcome and service, i love my new car.
