When my vehicle was received there was damage to the rear bumper. I reported this immediately after receiving the vehicle. I have now waited a number of months for any kind of solution or resolution to this issue. The communication has been terrible with very limited responses after repeated emails being sent. I advised I would escalate to a complaint if someone did contact me with some kind of solution and I still have not had any indication that the damage will be repaired.

Good morning,I purchased this vehicle in July however I have 4 issues with the vehicle, 3 identified by a garage and 1 product safety recall.For a brand new vehicle with 1800 miles on the click this is unacceptable and I have now lost faith in what was my dream truck.As such I would like to request to return the vehicle and be issued with a full refund in line with my consumer rights. I was re assured from Paul if I had any problems to not hesitate to contact him. I further received a courtesy call 1 week later from Paul to make sure I was happy with the car and everything was OK.
