David was brilliant (a huge improvement from the salesperson I originally had). His communication was great, especially through the frustrating wait whilst my car was stuck in Holland. No question I asked was too silly, and all emails/phone calls were replied to promptly. All other members of staff I spoke to were lovely too. I’m totally in love with my new Puma!

David Dawson was excellent- friendly, kept me updated and was able to answer all my queries.

From the moment we entered the showroom we couldn’t fault the service offered, Brad the salesman greeted us and answered all our questions and unbelievably just under two weeks later we were back to collect our brand new Ford Puma

Alex and Andrew were fab from day 1. O ahd quotes to change my car a few months back which did not work for me but they were patient and understanding. There was a new deal that suited my budget and requirements and the whole deal was turned round in 3 days. Absolutely superb customer service!!!! Could not fault any part of the customer service or my dealings with them both. If there is some sort of staff rewards or recognition, I would highly recommend them both for it! Thank you!

Very happy with the service that I got from Lookers.Just a shame that I had to wait 14 months to get my new car, but I understand this was the fault of Ford and not Lookers.

Paul the motability specialist was brilliant. He couldn’t have been more helpful and explained things clearly to my mother.
