I went to a few different garages looking at cars before I settled on ford and lookers and none of them were helpful. The customer service at lookers was the best and 1 of the reasons I bought the car

Cannot complain about any of the experience. Mr David Dawson was my contact and I felt he went above and beyond to ensure the car was ready for collection when it had been arranged.

I was already aware that a delay in delivery might happen. Your colleagues were exceptional in ensuring that when this delay did occur, they communicated with me via both mobile phone and email what was happening, they even went so far as to communicate the location of the vehicle. I received an update email every week of the delay period which reassured me that they were keeping on top of the situation at all times and, immediately the vehicle was available to collect, arranged a mutually convenient appointment. I cannot fault your colleagues dedication to customer service. The finish and specification of the vehicle is also exceptional.

Everything is great, the sales staff & service staff make you feel so welcome, I was kept up to date as my car was ordered in May 2022 but didn’t arrive until April 2023, but worth the wait

More information on the documents I would be receiving would have been good, I’m still a bit confused on the small damage insurance and roadside assistance and how to contact them and what’s needed.Otherwise a great experience buying from you.

I phoned 7 times telling staff that I was interested in a new vehicle and left messages then received an email that you didn't have the vehicle in stock which you had advertised as in stock. Fortunately I spoke with Bradley Coyne who assisted me at last and I bought a new vehicle.If it wasn't for him I would have been going elsewhere. Very disappointing from your other staff. You should educate them into trying harder to not lose potential customers.

Andrew McCue was excellent at offering us choice of car, various options AND the added discount of £500 for having another Ford car registered in my name. He also gave us a weekly update on the delayed delivery of the car which was outside the garages control. All paperwork and email exchanges both via computer and in person were very easy to complete. I will certainly return when we need to renew our next car

I was initially very disappointed at the time it was taking for my new car to arrive, but the team were very helpful and understanding of my frustrations.I was very impressed by the whole team and I would like to thank Debs, Louise and Peter on the service reception and also David Dawson and Dean Kozlowski for all their help.When I eventually collected my car they were outstanding and even went to the extra mile to ensure everything was set up including my Ford Pass and connectivety to my phoneThanks to everyone who hellped me in my time of need.

We met and pretty much solely dealt with David Dawson. He was knowledgeable, informative, helpful and efficient. He was also not pushy but as I said informative, and willing to answer all my questions by phone / email. And we are very happy (so far as only 3 weeks) with our new Ford Kuga
