Was not happy with the 3 day drive away insurance offered via Ford insure. Web site didn't work but telephone call was laborious and in depth. There needs to be an easier way to simply drive away your new car

Paul Pellegrino helped us placing the order (fiesta) at the start of 2022 January.. gave us regular updates throughout the year via phone and email on how far along the process was disruptions etc was a great help and valuable to the company Thanks again!

The store could not have helped us any more than they did, the sales assistant wad very friendly as was the business manager who came to offer further help. We will be back when we need a car in the future and we will recommend this store to our friends

I am still awaiting a call to see if lookers might put right a miss match of colour to the front passenger door.i have been told by a local bodyshop that it has had a dent and subsequently been filled and painted slightly the wrong shade of white.you can also see the ring of filler showing through.i understand the vehicle is used and not new and the repair was probably done before lookers acquired the vehicle.cameron the salesman said he would see if anything could be done about it.i noticed it when I had first viewed the car and thought it might get sorted before collection.but on the plus side the car drives like new.any help on the paintwork side would be appreciated.kind regards alan featonby.
