On way back from picking car up. Had 150 miles to travel. After 20 miles had no screen wash So had to fill up on way home as roads were very dirty with over spray was not happy this wasn’t checked on before hand over.

Didn’t think the car was valeted particularly well, if it was even done at all. Windscreen washers aren’t working well but could be down to frost. On top of that I’ve just had to put almost a gallon of washer fluid in the washer bottle, can’t have gone through this amount in 3 days. Overall I’m delighted with the car, but small things like this slightly take the gloss off the experience.

Every member of staff I had dealings with was friendly, polite, patient and best of all; very informative.

I have had about 5 cars from this dealership & always had good service & that is why I return if am looking to change my car 😊

Syi was very helpful and tried hard to satisfy us, but we decided it was a little too early as we have only had our Puma for 18 months. but will be looking later and will be looking at Lookers stock of cars Thanks for all your help
