I gave the information of the deal I currently have and asked for something similar if possible. The new deal was double the monthly payments I currently have, with half the mileage allowance I currently have, and the new repayment plan showed I was paying £30,000 for a 21,000 loan. This was nothing close to what I asked for.

Initial offer for my car was low so balance was more than planned. Then offer for my car went up again and again over a couple of days. Where my car valuation went up by about £1500 if the original offer was more like that offer originally a deal may have been done. I have since ordered another car from another dealer who offered me on the first attempt practically the same as your final offer on my car.
