Not a bad experience at all, syed the car salesman was friendly and helpful, just a shame we couldn’t come to a compromise for my part ex or the car I was looking at, but overall a nice friendly place to visit and no pressure from the staff

Paul at the Gateshead branch was pleasant throughout - offering advice on different models that would suit my husbands mobility issues. Communication was excellent from point of order to day of collection (which was alot quicker than we were advised so that was a bonus). After sales service also excellent. This is our 2nd new car from Ford/Lookers and I'd doubt very much I'd go elsewhere. Good service is a rarity lately so WELL DONE FORD LOOKERS GATESHEAD.
