The car was fine, the test drive was fine, and overall no issues at all with the Salesman and the way that we were treated. The interest ended with the derisory part exchange offer made for my car. You are running a business, and I understand that.

Always happy with the way we are treat at athe showroom. We can only speak highly of Paul Pellegrino who deals with us. So pleasant and nothing is a bother to him. Thank you again and it was nice to meet the manager on this visit. See you again in 3 year when we renew our car.

Our salesman “Bradley Coyne” was excellent and explained everything thoroughly. We were really pleased and confident about the purchase of our new car, also he was training a new salesman ‘Andy McCue’ who immediately made a very good impression on us and we’re pretty sure is going to be an great asset to the company.

The salesman Callum Beattie was very pleasant and helpful, not pushy and seemed a genuine guy. Unfortunately the part exchange deal offered wasn’t manageable and we didn’t buy the car. This was disappointing as we were keen to buy it but the figures weren’t what we were wanting. We did buy another car from Ford dealership.
