Great service. A couple of things about the car itself is that I had to buy a charging cable for the outside charger separately. This should be included with the car. Also the online car manual is extremely difficult to navigate and not specific enough.

Ford need to look at the Gateshead site as a whole as the valet bay is not tarmaced which leads to issues with the presentation of new vehicles. However the team have gone above and beyond to assist with any problems I had and have been very helpful and courteous
