Our car was booked in for 9-30 and was told to be there 10 mins early,we waited for the car and was disappointed to see the car on the car park still at 10_30.no one came to say that there was a delay or explains why.

The MOT certificate I was issued did not relate to my car. I only discovered this when I got home, and the problem was soon rectified by e.mailing me the correct MOT certificate.

I was getting intouch because of the Motability scheme the team were very helpful

We bought this car on line without actually seeing it. When delivered it did not disappoint. Tony Symonds gave first class service and went the extra mile.

The only down side was the ambient level of noise in the waiting area. I had intended to stay throughout the service time but a very loud individual and the level of noise from a radio made that impossible. Fortunately I have a bus and Metro pass so was able to spend the 90 minutes in more pleasant surroundings. When I was working, as a Structural Design Engineer, the idea of having a radio blaring, at work, would not have even been considered. I very much doubt that I will be using the waiting area, at any time in the future.

The video kept buffering which was frustrating
