I have decided future services will be done by Lookers Gateshead, for these reasons. Booking made for next day, very good information given about the car's conditions and what needed to be done via an email, so I did not feel rushed to agree and could consider my decision. I was surprised how reasonable the amount to pay was too. Overall very pleased with the whole experience.

All great, fantastic service, everyone was friendly and very helpfull. Proces of selling my broken car as a part exchange, sorting new finance, paying outstanding balance on my old car, collecting my old and delivering new car to my home address might sound like a lot hassle but... nah.. All went very smoothly:) Thanks to Jacob for helping with everything. Super friendly and professional. Follow up call after car been delivered and couple of days later to check if I'm happy with it. Although Cameron was a trainee sales person he was very good at making you feel comfortable and at ease never pressurising me. If he was unsure at any point he did not flam his way out he sort advice from his manager and this I admired him not trying to con me.

Pleasant and efficient experience

The response to my initial message for booking came within and hour, they booked my vehicle in quickly and did an excellent job, no complaints at all with my experience, i'll be back in a year for the next.
