They guys were obviously swamped given being only at 40% strength due to Covid. My only problem was the communication as was no being made aware of problems ie a blown fuse that was delaying return. The customer service was second to none when in the showroom.

I had excellent service from the team at Lookers , Dunston. However, it would be much more convenient if you had a branch in Sunderland where I live! I know family members, who bought cars from your Sunderland, are equally disappointed and went elsewhere when their cars were due for service.

Booking service & service & MOT all carried out satisfactorily, Little bits of Confusion as to vehicle status during my wait! Still waiting for an updated electronic service history as vehicle has been serviced at same garage since new but 2019 service history is not on the sheet!

The service was completed as stated within the time frame satisfactorily and was awaiting collection on my return. It would be beneficial to me if there had been a chauffeur available to collect me once the work was complete as previously.
