Arnold and his manager at Gateshead were fantastic however the treatment and attitude that my wife received from Karl at your South Shields branch was vile . When my wife raised her concerns with the assistant manager jo Anne about his conduct was treat with a total lack of interest . Well that’s okay but what they over looked is not only is my wife one of the local directors of nursing for the NHS she’s also the person who was financing my car valued at £30k her new car valued at £35k that were going to be purchased via Arnold. Your reputation is now damaged due to the action of two staff members and we will look at other dealerships for that reason
