I have always had the best of service from Ford in Gateshead Staff remember you and have a can do approach if it can be done. Please pass on my thanks. And will see them for my next service. I also recommend having a service plan. I have used this service for years it works for me. !

As usual I was welcomed there was no hassle booking Jordan is always so professional but everyone is nice to me. The workshop staff are amazing. This car is a wav bus for 3 disabled children and they got it back on the road in time for the Monday school run. I am very very happy as usual Thank you

Good customer care. Took note of no latex gloves to be used. Gentlemen who sorted payment and who explained work completed was excellent. Would have liked a little discount for being a valued customer as added value in regard to price is key esp as cost was over £500.
