There appears to be something wrong with the booking process. 2 times now we have agreed a timeslot of 9:00 or 9:30am When the TEXT reminder arrives it says your appointment is for 8:00 This is annoying as a further call is required to confirm what time our booking is. Please raise a fault against the booking process and investigate.
