The text system stating my vehicles progress through the service procedure was not updated once it was in the workshop and I'd has discussions with an engineer about the service.

Efficient and friendly service. I opted to wait while the service was done and the team were ready to begin as soon as I arrived, thus minimising the waiting time to a minimum. When the car was ready it was returned just outside the showroom door and had also been washed. I am very satisfied with the entire experience.

Communication from the branch excellent kept me up to date with everything going on in regards to service and advisory items

Having bought new cars for 30 years always with the advice of Paul Pelegrino, this time was no exception. Wonderful experience, as usual nothing was too much trouble and despite the difficulties with obtaining new cars, they came up with the goods. Thank you so much Paul and Malcolm.
