I had to reschedule my original appointment due to a family bereavement and Lookers were very accommodating, re booking the service (with a courtesy car) and also were very obliging due to the fact I was limited to drop off/collection times to coincide with carers which was very much appreciated. As always, a professional and prompt service..Thank you!

Excellent customer service but unfortunately a situation arose at home so could not go through with the purchase but when all is sorted at home when I need to purchase a car I will be back to this garage
