They made purchasing the vehicle very easy and listened to what I wanted. A couple of things which I would have liked would have been the have a little petrol in the car and some car mats however the service side is something I can’t fault

Excellent service one thing we miss is transporting home and pick up while car is serviced Jennings used to do this.

I was informed the work would be completed in one hour so would I like to wait! I accepted the offer! The day before my appointment I received a phone call saying it would take two hours! I queried this and was informed the first time was correct! On the day of the work it took exactly two hours to complete the work! I wouldn’t have waited two hours if i had been informed correctly!

Paul was great and helped me alot did say he wished he could show me the car and to test drive but with the current situation there was non available, looking foward to my new car when it built thanks Paul 😊

Purchased new mats for my vehicle when I was there, the service from the parts was excellent the guy was really friendly and helpful

It’s a pity that they couldn’t find/fix the dash rattle. It’s the only thing that spoils the car.

All staff very pleasant & helpful. The work done re the service was well explained to me - unfortunately I don't know the lad's name, apparently his dad works there as well. Also, I had a query about a car key & Chris went out of his way to help.

I greatly value the help given by the service reception staff over the many years I have used Dunston and I don’t want to find that they have been replaced by a computer AP.

All the staff were friendly and made sure we fully understood all the information we were given and choose the correct car and payment plan for what we were looking for.
