The staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Sorted out new car very quickly and efficiently. Finance was straightforward. I would definitely tell family and friends about my positive experience if they were looking for a new car.

The sales person Jacob was extremely helpful, polite & great to deal with through the whole buying process. It was virtually all done on line due to the distance (I am nearly 200 miles away from the Gateshead dealership). I have to say the Dealership site itself is a bit of a mess. The signage is poor, the yard area is chaotic, the tarmac is dirty. I have never visited such a poorly maintained Ford dealership. The car has been valeted, but on closer inspection once I got home, it was not actually as clean as I would have expected when spending so much money on a nearly new car. The inside door jams were filthy, a lot of the interior looked like it has had a cursory wipe with a dirty cloth. There were muddy boot imprints on the floor mats and a muddy mark across the inside of the drivers door where the valet person obviously moved the car after washing it. I have spent the first day of ownership cleaning the interior thoroughly, and cleaning all around each door, bonnet & hatchback. A little disappointing as the car I part exchanged was immaculate, so much cleaner than my new car.

Customer service was exceptional. Lady at the desk advised me she would be in earlier than 7.30am so I could drop off my vehicle and get to work. The communication was excellent and kept up to date, with minimal loss of my vehicle. The whole experience was without fuss and would highly recommend to family and friends
