Schedule showed MOT was due at 11 am. I had to ring for an update at 16.45 as I had heard nothing. Told it would be nearer 17.30. Actually ready at 17.50. Thank you for the valet.

The only thing I would say was that I received too many emails phone calls and text as reminders but I guess some people need those

I booked the appointment for 9.45am so my dad could bring in the car. We then received a booking confirmation for 9.10am which was too early for my dad and I had to make other arrangements to get the car to Lookers. On booking in I discussed and highlighted my mobile on the document and confirmed I would be contacted when the car was ready. The garage called my dad on the landline not me on my mobile as agreed. I like the garage and your staff were helpful. You could ask the woman to the left of the young man by the window to be less officious and smile....it goes a long way.
