Tony symonds who dealt with my purchase was very helpful and arranged a test drive at s time to suit. Can’t fault the sales people who I dealt with. However on receipt of the car it was said to have had a service, but when I looked under the bonnet it was dirty and vey dusty Thst then did make me think had it been serviced as there was no fingerprints amongst the dirt to show any caps or leads had been removed/checked Radiator coolant was just to the minimum line

If the price was more competitive I would keep you as service provider after the warranty ends...

Too many phone calls about my service was due. Plus stated that I did not have to book a service I can just turn up and leave my vehicle, which I found out later I could not.

Pop in to look at a Focus but was unable to gain entrance to the vehicle to inspect it, had a look around it but not in the greatest condition, found another vehicle at at Ford dealership.

1st class attention given me. Nice people 👍
