Friendly helpfull staff all of them spotless car outside couple mud marks side of door inside which were present in showroom where somebody had sat in car were still visible but still very happy with overall car thanks again

Fantastic service

Our contact and interaction with Arnold has be brilliant, with great communication throughout the process. There were a couple of things we were disappointed with. 1. Although the vehicle had been serviced, there was no stamp in the service book or details of the service, we've had to ask for this afterwards. 2. Apparently the car had been cleaned? We again were disappointed with the quality of the cleaning, not up to standard of a main dealer. So much so we are paying for a full valet.

Car was to be delivered on 1st of September, eventually got the car on 28th of September. The finance documents provided by Ford had the wrong registration number on, had to redo the forms, the salesman Graeme what a STAR nothing went wrong on his part pleasant ,apologetic , and really helpful But Lookers is not JENNINGS what more can I say.

Sales assistant was very helpful explaining everything . Nothing was to much trouble to him
