Lookers Gateshead Customer Service Team are always a pleasure to deal with as are the Technicians.

Because being an elder person, and not that good with smart equipment, the online booking system was very easy to use. Mainly because the staff were polite and informative, and having a video of what the technician was doing, was a good idea.

Looker Sheffield couldn’t have done enough for me talked me through all my options let me have a test drive of car didn’t push me into anything and when I said yes to the car is was ready within 3 days and there was a few scratches and they made sure it was all sorted for me and I couldn’t thank Marcus and Charlie enough for everything they have done for me

Easy to use, easy to find, super simple! Only thing I would add if I could is option to say you have a service plan for payment information, otherwise they assume you don't have one. Really great customer service, lovely staff, always helpful and accommodating
