I was accompanied by the service engineer, who explained the reason for the fault with the Air Conditioning control and how I could resolve this problem. He offered to re-test the control following my actions to fully charge the battery which had reduced charge.

Normally, I would book in by visiting the garage. The staff are courteous and helpful.I think I prefer this procedure. When I dropped the car off, at 09.00, I planned to return for pick-up at 17.00. The receptionist said it should be ready in a couple of hours. I therefore went for a short walk and returned within two hours. As I approached the garage, I received a text indicating the car was ready. Two hours start to finish - exceptional.
