it give me a live update and any work to be carried out to authorise great service start to finish, only thing my repair wasnt urgent and had to wait about 2 weeks to get booked in, i just hope if its an emergency i can get booked in a bit sooner

Our handover was very efficient, and conducted in a friendly manner. Everything was explained in detail and we were given plenty of time to become familiar with our new car before driving away.

I have had about 9 or 10 car’s from this dealership in the past & always had reasonably good service. I had a problem with the car the day I collected it but went back & Mike Davies sorted it immediately for me & it was a cracked spark plug that was the problem & am wondering why this hadn’t been spotted before I collected it as it was allegedly serviced!!!! 🤔

Everything went reasonably smooth but had to return it the next day as the engine management light came on but it was sorted was a cracked spark plug & all good now
